亦境公司聯(lián)合上海交通大學(xué)設(shè)計學(xué)院，在2019年全球眾多作品中脫穎而出榮獲2019年度英國國家景觀獎（BALI National Landscape Awards）2項。
其中，上海交通大學(xué)薔薇園設(shè)計獲得本屆的BALI國際獎（International Awards）。


4000㎡的專類植物花園-薔薇園，建于上海交通大學(xué)閔行校區(qū)東北部建設(shè)備用地的一角。設(shè)計在有限的場地內(nèi)，選種了50余種薔薇科植物；通過微妙的地形變化，營造了多樣的交往空間；采用障景、借景等手法，與周邊的校園環(huán)境取得和諧；利用紅磚白縫的景墻和純白鐵藝構(gòu)架等元素，呼應(yīng)了學(xué)校徐匯老校區(qū)建筑遺產(chǎn)的形式與風(fēng)格。
建成后的薔薇園廣受師生和周邊社區(qū)居民的好評，已成為詮釋交大人文精神與記憶的亮麗名片，一個最美、最受歡迎的校園社交活動場地，以及風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、植物學(xué)、園藝學(xué)等學(xué)科科研與教學(xué)的基地之一。這里，不僅是師生間建立信任和信心的重要場所，也是推動校園與周邊社區(qū)和諧交往的新觸媒。

挑戰(zhàn)
Problems and difficulties


上海交通大學(xué)是中國一流、國際知名的大學(xué)。閔行校區(qū)校園整體環(huán)境優(yōu)美，校園西區(qū)建設(shè)有櫻花園、荷花池、木蘭園等多個專類花園。而在校園東部、學(xué)校行政樓周邊，缺乏一個展示校園文化，可供師生互動交流與休憩的場所。校方在行政樓東北側(cè)建設(shè)備用地的一角擬建設(shè)一個以薔薇為主題的專類植物花園，成為該區(qū)域的戶外活動中心、教學(xué)與科研實踐基地。

問題與挑戰(zhàn)：
Site and Context Investigation
1、場地限制與多功能訴求
基地為狹長型臨路地塊，本項目需同時滿足師生游憩活動、科普展示功能、科學(xué)研究等多項功能，同時還應(yīng)融入校園獨(dú)有的精神與文化。

2、低洼積水的場地
基地現(xiàn)狀高程低于周邊場地30-50cm，雨季經(jīng)常淹沒。為了控制成本，無法大量外購?fù)练?。因此，在土方就地平衡的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計需考慮如何為不耐水濕的薔薇科植物營造適宜的生長環(huán)境。

3、鹽堿化的土壤

基地內(nèi)土壤呈堿性且表層土下為填埋的建筑垃圾，無法種植喜歡酸性土壤的薔薇科植物，設(shè)計需在有限投資條件下進(jìn)行土壤改良。

校園文化符號的提煉運(yùn)用
Integration of Campus Symbols

錯落的磚墻呼應(yīng)徐匯校區(qū)歷史建筑的形式：景墻采用紅磚白縫形式與校園建筑風(fēng)格相統(tǒng)一。高低錯落的輪廓，凹凸有致的磚花，形成了薔薇園豐富的展示界面。
The scattered brick walls echo the form of historic buildings on the Xuhui Campus: The landscape wall with red bricks and white mortar unifies the campus architectural style. At the same time, the site’s interspersed high and low contours and embossed brick flowers form a rich display.

風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、植物學(xué)、園藝學(xué)等學(xué)科科研教學(xué)的基地之一。50多種薔薇科植物的選用與微環(huán)境營造，有效提升了上海交大閔行校區(qū)的植物物種多樣性，為校園多層次的生態(tài)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的建立起到重要的作用。
One of the bases for scientific research and teaching in the areas of landscape architecture, botany and horticulture. More than 50 species of Rosaceae plants and the creation of micro-environments have effectively enhanced the diversity of plant species and played an important role in establishing a multi-level system for the ecological protection.

豎向設(shè)計融合多功能訴求，創(chuàng)造私密、半私密等多種交往空間，成為最重要的校園社交活動中心，是師生間建立信任和信心的重要場所。相對隔離安靜的空間又可成為師生休閑游憩提供優(yōu)美的環(huán)境。
The vertical design integrates multi-functional requirements, creating private and semi-private communication spaces. This makes it a important campus social activity center to build trust and confidence among faculty and students. Moreover, the relatively isolated and quiet space provides them with a beautiful environment for leisure and entertainment.

surrounding elementary and middle schools

在有限的空間內(nèi)種有50余種薔薇科植物，豐富的植物品種使其成為相關(guān)學(xué)科研究、師生植物季相觀察和花卉品種認(rèn)知的重要戶外課堂。
More than 50 species of Rosaceae plants are planted here. The rich plant species here thus make this an important outdoor class for related subject research, and for the observation of plant seasons, as well as for their recognition of flower varieties.?

The completed Rose Garden has been well received by faculty, students and residents of surrounding communities. At present, it serves as an outstanding calling card for SJTU that conveys the institution's humanistic spirit and memory. In addition, it is not only an important place to build trust and confidence among faculty and students, but also is a new catalyst for the harmonious interaction between the campus and surrounding communities.

低成本園藝景觀建設(shè)模式
A Model of Low-cost
Horticultural Landscape Construction

景墻延續(xù)交大校園建筑的風(fēng)格，選取紅磚白縫的形式；項目通過科學(xué)實驗進(jìn)行土壤改良，通過合理的地形塑造多樣空間，解決了低成本投入與精致的園藝化景觀塑造之間的矛盾，為未來校園景觀建設(shè)提供可借鑒的樣板。
Firstly, the form of red bricks and white mortar is selected to construct the landscape wall to accord with the existing style of campus buildings. By improving the soil through scientific experiments and shaping a diverse space through reasonable terrain, this project resolves the contradiction between low-cost investment and the need for delicate shaping of a horticultural landscape.

生態(tài)雨水管理措施
Ecological Stormwater Management Measures

內(nèi)部鋪裝材料大面積采用透水瀝青。沿道路一側(cè)設(shè)置貫穿整個園區(qū)的雨水收集溝?；ü嗄痉N植區(qū)鋪設(shè)松鱗，增強(qiáng)雨水保持功能的同時，為植物提供濕度適宜的土壤環(huán)境。
Permeable asphalt was used as the internal paving material and a rainwater collection ditch was designed to run through the entire garden along one side of the road. Pine scales were laid in the planting area, which not only enhance the rainwater retention function, but also provide plants with a suitable moisture soil environment.

多學(xué)科專家團(tuán)隊合作
Collaboration with the Client and other Designers

在土壤改良、植物選擇及栽培種植方面，與上海植物園、上海辰山植物園單位合作，聯(lián)合土壤學(xué)和薔薇科植物研究的相關(guān)專家，確定了低成本的鹽堿化土壤改良方案，精選了50余種植物，為薔薇園的觀賞效果與后期養(yǎng)護(hù)提供了保證。
In terms of soil improvement, plant selection, cultivation and planting, we cooperated with the Shanghai Botanical Gardenand relevant experts in the soil sciences and experts of Rosaceae plants to determine a low-cost saline-alkali soil improvement program. Finally, we selected about 50 species of plants to ensure a proper ornamental effect and to guarantee the later maintenance of the Rose Garden.
